Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Central Store Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities for our Ivory Coast operations. You will implement production, productivity, quality, and internal customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that daily central stores/ warehouse operations meet performance expectations and operate efficiently.

  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring the quality of goods
  • Ensuring teamwork to deliver quality work to strict deadlines through effective activity planning and scheduling of activities and staff rotations ensures required dispatch activities are completed.
  • Performing material amp; assets regular inspections, and inventory stock take.
  • Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy; ensures daily system updates of the inventory.
  • Asset monitoring, allocation planning, and material replenishment planning.
  • Prepares and provides material/assets status reports, LPO Analysis reports, and weekly stock reports for the procurement and operations team.
  • Maintain items record, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status
  • Ensures adequate logistics preparedness through contingency planning and continuous logistics preparedness reviews.
  • Ensures safety measures of workmen and all logistic movement are being practiced as per the company policies and procedures.
  • Confer and coordinate activities with other departments

  • Proven work experience as a Store or Warehouse Supervisor
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
  • Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency
  • Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data
  • Attention to detail and numeracy skills
  • Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
