Requirements
Responsibilities include:
Manage relationships with local partners and staff Manage and develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation according to company policies Carry out inspections in the facilities to identify and resolve issues Plan and oversee all maintenance as repair activities Allocate workload and Monitor equipment inventory Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities Manage and organize stock of spare parts Workshop repair training for maintenance staff Develop and customize the best working environment according to company requirements Track and organize maintenance data Ensure health and safety policies are complied with PROFILE
Electronic degree or similar background At least 5 years working experience as maintenance manager English language. French/Portuguese language if target country requires Report to Regional Maintenance Manager Well organized and able to follow instructions Have a valid passport and ready to travel to African countries
