The role: Product Manager Brazil
As product manager, you will be playing a critical role in Truora’s growth in Brazil. We are constantly exposed to various fraud problems and need to help our clients solve those big issues. Many of the solutions they try are not tailored to Brazil and thus, many fraudsters fall through the cracks. You will have the opportunity to define the strategy of the Brazilian market, put it in action and see the impact it is having on the clients. Required abilities amp; experience: 3 or more years of experience managing products or projects in different startups, consulting or banking companies at Brazil. The successful candidate will have strong business development ability, some technical background because they will be working with our engineering team, leading 6 of our best engineers. Required abilities such as strategic mindset, decision maker, detail oriented, responsible, hard worker, proactive and teamwork skills. In order to participate in the process, you’ll need excellent written and verbal communication in Portuguese, Spanish and English since the PM is going to support some clients in Brazil, Mexico and Colombia. The Product Manager is expected to:1. Define the product strategy and roadmap2. Deliver prioritized features and corresponding justification3. Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities4. Run testing, user interviews and pilot programs with his product5. Be an expert with respect to the competition6. Act as a leader within the company (lead by example)7. Own a product within the company and set it up for success8. Identify big opportunities and deliver MVPs
