We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cluster Manager to join our team at GCC SERVICES. As a Cluster Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction activities on site to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on site in accordance with project plans and specifications
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Monitor progress and quality of work, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, inspections, and materials used
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of the project
- Manage and monitor the performance of subcontractors and suppliers
- Provide technical support and guidance to the construction team
- Conduct inspections and tests of construction materials and equipment
- Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Requirements
Requirements:
- Civil Engineer/Architect with 7 years of experience in construction
- Proven experience as a Cluster Manager in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to lead the execution team handling several sites
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with project stakeholders (Client, Consultant, Bureau de Control, community, etc.)
- Fluent proficiency in French and English
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Valid driver's license
