Responsibilities
Efficiently handle a large number of chats and calls (no cold calling)
Proactively provide in-depth details about our electric bikes and arrange appointments
Address customer concerns and objections diligently, ensuring their satisfaction
Use selling techniques to offer our additional products to existing customers or turn potential customers into our clients
Requirements
Excellent knowledge of English (at least C1 - Advanced level)
French native/fluent speaker
1+ years of experience in customer support or sales
High-speed internet connection
Availability to work on the New York time zone schedule (New York Time)
Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
