Job Description

Apply the breadth of your Human Resources skills and be the face of our HR Department in Côte d'Ivoire!

You will play an integral role in managing and leading our Human Resources Department with a direct reporting line to the Operations Director and indirectly reporting to the Group HR Director at the Corporate Office Dubai. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with our organizational goals. Your primary focus will be on talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, and fostering a positive work culture in the Operations.

Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent that fits our company culture and goals.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
  • Work collaboratively with senior managers, coach and advise on a wide range of core human resource functions including organizational design, HR policies, and fit-for-purpose practices.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Conduct performance reviews, providing guidance and support for professional development.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with management to execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Provide people metrics to country management to allow for better managing of teams and making informed business decisions.
  • Ensure HR systems are effectively maintained and utilized for data analysis and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • 5 years of work experience in a managerial HR role
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation in Ivory Coast and experience handling HR compliance matters
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to HR management
  • Proficient in HR software and systems for efficient data management
  • French language - proficient
